Docket Report: Sripetch v. Securities and Exchange Commission

Question of whether the SEC can obtain disgorgement of ill-gotten gains without proving that identifiable investors suffered pecuniary harm. The Ninth Circuit held that the SEC need not prove investor pecuniary harm. The model predicts the Court reverses.
